Join us Friday February 24th at MKT for a very special dining experience. Our Executive Chef David Hind has created a wonderful 4 course dinner with each meal specially created to pair perfectly with 3 beers from our friends at Banded Peak Brewing, Sea Change and Campio Brewing. MKT is giving away prizes including ski lift passes, gift baskets, brewery tours and more. Cost for the dinner is $65 plus GST and gratuity for a total of $79.95 per person.
Menu (each course comes with three 4oz beer samples):
Course 1 - Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Lemon Hummus Citrus IPA Vinaigrette.
Course 2 - MKT Liaded Baked Potato Soup
Course 3 - Smoked Pork Ribs with Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Crispy fried green beans, garlic and herb roasted fingerling potatoes
Course 4- Apple Cinnamon Crumble Pie With Vanilla Ice Cream
