Reset your weekend with Stretch & Steep: Tea Party!

Start with a rooftop 45 minute energizing yoga flow, then move from mat to aprè as Tea Bar takes over the patio with hard iced tea, good music, and laid-back summer vibes courtesy of a live DJ.

Come join us for a real reset, real tea, and real good times.

Schedule:
11:30AM: Doors
12:00PM: 45 minute yoga class
12:45PM- 4:00PM : Live DJ in the Banded Peak Taproom

Ticket: $20 Includes a 45 minute yoga class, a 12oz glass of Tea Bar Hard Iced Tea, and $5 donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region.

Who: Must be 18+. Class is suitable for beginners, and experienced yogis.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, sunscreen, water bottle.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to yoga class start time in order to get checked in and set up.

Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region (CMHA Calgary) is a community-based organization focused on improving mental health and well-being for people across Calgary and surrounding area. They work alongside individuals at all stages of their mental health journey, offering programs, education, and supports that help people build skills, find connection, and move toward wellness.

Their work is grounded in a simple model: Live, Learn, Thrive.

  • Live: Supporting people to meet their basic needs and build stability, including housing and community-based supports
  • Learn: Providing mental health education, skill-building, and tools through programs like Recovery College and youth-focused initiatives

As part of their current strategic direction, they are focused on strengthening their role as a community hub for mental health, increasing access to supports, and building meaningful partnerships with local businesses and organizations across Calgary. Initiatives like the Stretch & Steep Rooftop Yoga Tea Party is a great example of how community and mental health can come together in a real, tangible way.

Funds raised through this initiative will directly support CMHA Calgary’s programs and services, helping more people access support, reduce isolation, and build skills to manage their mental health.
