Using a centuries-old German lager yeast strain, this 5.2% ABV brew balances a gentle malt sweetness with a refreshing, medium-dry finish.

Locally sourced Origin Base Malt and Origin Munich Malt from Origin Malting's Strathmore’s 5th generation family farmland provide subtle toasted, biscuity notes, while a unique blend of German hops, Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon, lend fruity, floral aromas with a hint of spice.
